Suzuki New Zealand COVID-19 Update

At Suzuki New Zealand we are committed to putting the health and wellbeing of our customers, our dealerships and our staff first. We are taking COVID-19 very seriously and have put several steps in place to ensure everyone stays safe.

Car, Marine & Motorcycle Dealerships

As a result of the Government’s announcement regarding a nationwide closure on non-essential services, all of our Dealerships will be closed as of Thursday 25 March for a minimum of four weeks or until the lockdown is lifted. Dealership staff will be available to talk to you about your vehicle or boating requirements via phone or email. You can locate your dealer's contact details here.

However, during this time they will be unable to complete regular servicing. Please be reassured that your vehicle or outboard will be covered under warranty during these extraordinary circumstances, provided that your vehicle or outboard is serviced within one month after the shutdown period. However, if you are providing an essential service, and your vehcicle or outboard requires urgent repairs, please contact your nearest dealership in the first instance or submit a online contact form via the website. We will endeavour to answer all contact forms as soon as possible.

Suzuki Finance

We understand the current situation is causing significant disruption to people and businesses. We want to work closely with our customers to manage any financial impacts by getting a plan in place as soon as possible. If you find yourself in a situation where you are concerned about making your loan repayments, please email with "COVID-19" in the subject line. In your email, please:

·Include your full name (and business name if applicable) and either your customer number or vehicle registration

·Tell us how your circumstances have changed

Suzuki New Zealand Head Office

The office is closed as of Thursday 25 March for four weeks and during this time the Suzuki New Zealand team will be working from home.
